  When our son died from cancer last summer Crown treated us with kindness and respect. They listened to what we were comfortable with and did not try to sell us anything we didn't want. I was favorably impressed with all the employees I dealt with. In a deeply difficult time they smoothly guided us through what needed to be done and made a stressful situation go as well as humanly possible.

  This place was wonderful. I placed one phone call and they took care of everything. I highly recommend their services to anyone who has lost a loved one.

  A basic cremation and mailing of remains escalated from $595 to $930 and the representative conveniently forgot his promise to keep us advised of the process. We could not get progress until the remains arrived at the cemetery in CA.

  Crown memorial provided outstanding and sensitive service through this very tough time getting through the accidental death of our beloved mother this past winter. From the introductory phone call clear to the death certificate pick up we were treated with sensitivity and respect, but most importantly our mom was too.
